“Learning by doing - learning through activities” - this is how the method of project-based learning in English-speaking countries is characterized, the meaning of which is the independent mastery of the educational material by students and the creation of a specific product that allows them to feel successful and fulfilled.
A foreign language implies the creation of the most favorable conditions for the disclosure and manifestation of the creative potential of students when working on projects: they develop imagination, fantasy, thinking, an internal motive for speaking is formed, a need arises to express oneself and take part in communication.
The “learning project” method is one of the ways to create a pedagogical problem-creative situation of communication between a teacher and a student, in the course of which each student (regardless of the available opportunities) can show initiative, creativity, a research approach when processing the foreign language material.
