GOAL PLANNING
Keywords:
goals, planning, organizationsAbstract
All organizations have goals that determine their development. The goal is the desired state that the organization strives to realize. It outlines the direction in which the management system wishes to develop. In addition, the goal is information about intentions in the future and a basis for evaluating performance. Goal planning is a process that begins with the analysis of the external and internal environment, goes through the development of goals and strategies for their realization, through the creation of detailed plans that must assure us that the goals and strategies are feasible. It is a process in which, by studying the past and the present, decisions are made about the future, giving a concrete answer to the main problem of business - for whom, what, how much and how it is produced.
