Abstract

Exchanges and exchange operations play an important role in the economic development of Bulgaria, providing the necessary financial resources for companies and stimulating investments and innovations. Despite the challenges of the modern world, our country has the potential to develop a more confident and dynamic stock market that supports economic growth and sustainability. It is important to work to overcome the challenges facing it and use the available opportunities for modernization and development of the stock exchange infrastructure in Bulgaria.
