Abstract

Health is a difficult good to assess and cannot be compared with any other. Because of this feature, every person should have guaranteed access to medical care that does not depend on their income. Of particular importance are the expenses allocated to it, as they are one of the most essential expressions of the competitiveness and growth potential of the nation and the economy. Moreover, nowadays, in the so-called information society, health care is no longer a struggle to restore the body and spirit, in the presence of external influences, but processing the health status in real time.
